Contemporary decoy carvers will demonstrate their skills and share stories of waterfowl hunting, once a mainstay of Long Island life. Exhibitions on view include Bayman’s Art, our decoy gallery, the LIMarts members exhibition Siver Linings: Artists Search for Meaning, Elias Pelletreau: Long Island Silversmith and Entrepreneur, and Shaping Sliver: Contemporary Silversmithing.
Stuart Markus will be singing sea chanteys and maritime ballads, and Larry Moser will be performing other traditional music.
